Right after pickup at the pier, we head to the old airport viewpoint for the best panoramic view of the city, the bay and the Beagle Channel. Then we drive up to the base of the Martial Glacier trail, where you can walk through native lenga forest, cross a mountain stream and warm up with a hot drink at a cozy mountain cabin.
We continue to Bahía Cucharita, a quiet beach where the mountains drop straight into the sea, offering a completely different view of Tierra del Fuego. Back in town, visit the historic End of the World Prison, the Malvinas Memorial and the famous "Fin del Mundo" sign.
The tour adapts to your interests and your ship's schedule, and you'll be back at the pier at least 1 hour before all-aboard.

Itinerary and highlights
Your local guide takes you to a panoramic viewpoint over the Beagle Channel, where you'll see Ushuaia framed between the Martial Mountains and the sea. A great first stop for photos while you hear how the channel got its name and why it was key for navigators heading to Cape Horn and Antarctica.
We drive up to the base of the Martial Glacier trail, surrounded by native forest. Here you can take a short walk through the beautiful lenga woods, crossing a mountain stream, and enjoy panoramic views of Ushuaia and the Beagle Channel. At the trailhead there's a cozy mountain cabin where you can stop for a hot tea, coffee or a snack (not included).
