Itinerary and highlights

During the navigation, travelers will explore the unique waterways of the Tigre Delta, a vast network of rivers and narrow channels surrounded by lush subtropical vegetation.

As the boat glides through the calm waters, guests will see traditional stilt houses, elegant weekend residences, historic rowing clubs, floating supermarkets, and river taxis — all part of daily island life. The guide explains how locals commute, attend school, and adapt to living in this remarkable river ecosystem.

Along the way, enjoy peaceful scenery, fresh air, and excellent photo opportunities while discovering the history, culture, and natural beauty that make the Delta one of Argentina’s most distinctive landscapes.

Enjoy a snack at a local restaurant trying some hand-made empanadas. Be welcome to a sensory, friendly, fresh and natural environment located within one of the emblematic rowing clubs of the city of Tigre.

The Puerto de frutos is a small pier located on the banks of the Luján River in the town of Tigre, next to which the fruit market is located. Its name comes from the mid-twentieth century where the fruit production of the Paraná Delta used to disembark in that area, and was then marketed in the city of Buenos Aires

Victorica Avenue is the coastal walk that borders the Luján River to reach the elegant gardens that surround the headquarters of the Tigre Deliberative Council and the Tigre Art Museum

In 1909, a society was formed with the purpose of founding a club that would bring together the inhabitants of the place and would be a space for the practice of sports and recreation, including at the same time a casino in the European style
