About this experience
Daniel is a professional chef who started his career at the restaurant of Francis Mallmann, South America's most beloved chef and a meat and fire artist. Isa is a professional sommelier passionate about wine. Once you arrive at Isa and Daniel's home, be prepared for a hands-on cooking lesson and a delicious meal over paired wine. Your cooking class will last about an hour during which you will learn how to make appetizers, starters and either barbecue or stove cook dishes. You will learn to set the barbecue's fire, spice the meat and slow cook it to reach Mallmann's standards or learn to cook traditional homemade Latin American dishes such as ossobuco croquettes or mini provoletas with pesto. Please include your preference, if any between barbecue or home cooking.

Itinerary and highlights
Step into Isa and Daniel’s home for a private, hands-on Buenos Aires cooking class and immerse yourself in authentic Argentine cuisine. Isa, a sommelier, will guide you through a wine pairing lesson, explaining wines from different regions of Argentina and why they complement your meal. Cook an appetizer and starters alongside Daniel, a seasoned chef and Francis Mallmann apprentice, learning to light the barbecue, season the meat, and slow-cook it to perfection. Choose between two experiences: the Fire & Smoke Asado, featuring grilled provoleta, choripán, traditional achuras, and premium Argentine cuts, or Argentine with a Twist, combining classic Argentine flavors with Latin American influences such as ossobuco croquettes and slow-cooked beef tenderloin wrapped in bacon. Meals can be enjoyed indoors or outdoors, and an optional wine pairing add-on is available. Your hosts can accommodate vegetarian diets and food allergies so please include any dietary restrictions when booking.
