Don't miss this captivating tribute to one of football's greatest stars in the heart of Argentina's bustling urban landscape.

on a journey through football history as we visit the largest mural of Diego Maradona in the world, created by the same artist behind Messi's iconic mural, Martín Ron. This monumental artwork pays homage to the legendary Argentine football icon, capturing his spirit and impact on the sport in vibrant detail.

Argentinos Juniors, the Buenos Aires-based football club, pays tribute to its legendary player Diego Maradona through murals surrounding the Estadio Diego Armando Maradona. These artworks depict pivotal moments from Maradona's career, serving as a visual journey through his life and achievements. Created by local artists, these murals celebrate Maradona's enduring influence on Argentine football and his status as a national hero. Visitors to the stadium can immerse themselves in Maradona's story through these striking artworks, ensuring his legacy continues to inspire future generations.

The "La Tierra de D10S" mural, which translates to "The Land of D10S" (combining the Spanish word for God, "Dios," with the number 10, famously associated with Diego Maradona), is a remarkable homage to the football legend located in Buenos Aires. Created by talented Argentine street artist Andrés Iglesias, widely known as "Cobre," this mural stands as a monumental tribute to Maradona's legacy.

After our visit to the Maradona mural, we will continue our journey to another significant destination: Maradona's first home in the Paternal neighborhood of Buenos Aires. This modest dwelling serves as a poignant symbol of the football icon's humble beginnings, offering visitors a glimpse into the environment that shaped Maradona's character and the resilience that propelled him to greatness.

After visiting La Paternal, the car will take us to the Palermo neighborhood, which despite being more modern, is no less important. Here, we will see graffiti that already includes the 2022 Argentine National Team, such as Emiliano "Dibu" Martínez's save in one of the final plays before the penalty shootout, or a mural depicting the moment when Lionel Messi lifts the trophy with the team. We will also pass by a bar whose facade is painted by the three captains of the World Cup-winning team in 1978, 1986, and 2022: Daniel Passarella, Diego Maradona, and Lionel Messi.

After walking this route and as a way to conclude the tour, we will go for a snack at a café in the Palermo neighborhood (snack included) around 5:00 PM.
